Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Engage (the "Service") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.
2. The Service
Engage finds and verifies professional email addresses from business identity signals (name + company/domain) and returns a deliverability verdict. Verdicts are best-effort technical assessments, not a guarantee that any message you send will be delivered, read, or acted upon.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and API keys and all activity under your account. Keep keys secret; rotate them in Settings if exposed.
4. Credits & billing
The Service runs on credits. You are only charged a credit for a deliverable result — undeliverable/bounce outcomes are free. Purchased credits do not expire (roll-over). Plans, pay-as-you-go, prices and any subscription upsell are described at checkout. Taxes may apply. Failed payments follow the dunning process; unpaid plans pause (you keep remaining credits).
5. Acceptable use
Your use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws (incl. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, ePrivacy). You must have a lawful basis for processing any contact data you obtain, honor opt-outs, and not use results for harassment, fraud, or unsolicited bulk email prohibited by law.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of lists you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the Service. You warrant you have the right to submit that data.
7. Warranty disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that a given verdict is correct for every mailbox.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (incl. lost profits, deliverability outcomes, or sender-reputation harm).
9. Termination
You may cancel anytime (you keep non-expiring credits). We may suspend/terminate for AUP or legal violations. On termination, data-deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are notified by email or in-app. Continued use = acceptance.
