Permitted

Legitimate B2B outreach, recruiting, sales/marketing to businesses with a lawful basis, data hygiene, CRM enrichment.

Prohibited

You may NOT use Engage to: send spam or messages violating CAN-SPAM / GDPR / ePrivacy / local anti-spam law; harass, dox, stalk, or target individuals (consumer/B2C mass mailing without lawful basis); build lists for sale to spammers, or resell raw verified data in violation of law; circumvent rate limits, share/scrape API keys, or overload the Service; verify addresses you have no lawful basis to process, or ignore opt-out/suppression requests; any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.

Enforcement

Violations → warning, suspension, or termination without refund of consumed credits. We honor and you must honor suppression requests. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
