Getting started
How do I find my first email?
Enter a first name, last name and company domain, hit Find. In seconds you get the email + a verdict (deliverable / risky / undeliverable) and the provider (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google).
How do credits work?
One credit per deliverable result. Bounces and undeliverables are free — you never pay for a bad address. Credits don’t expire.
What’s the free tier?
150 free verified-email credits on signup, no card required.
Billing & credits
Do credits expire?
No. Roll-over, forever.
Pay-as-you-go or subscription?
Both. Pay-as-you-go for occasional use; a plan if you verify regularly. Switch anytime — and your credits never expire either way.
Can I get a refund?
100% on any unconsumed credits within 30 days, no questions. Consumed credits (email found + verified = delivered value) aren’t refundable. One refund per billing period.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes — a receipt on every payment, downloadable PDF, plus a billing portal to manage your card and download past invoices.
The product edge
What about tricky or catch-all domains?
You get a clear verdict — deliverable, risky, or undeliverable — on every result, including the tricky ones other tools leave as "unknown". Catch-all status is surfaced so you can decide with full context.
What’s a "risky" verdict?
The domain accepts all mail (catch-all) or the signals are ambiguous — we tell you instead of pretending it’s valid or invalid, so you decide.
Do you actually send an email to verify?
No. We check signals from the domain and the mail provider — we never send a message to the target during verification.
What’s your bounce / accuracy guarantee?
You only pay for deliverable results; undeliverables are free. We surface provider + catch-all on every result so you can protect your sender reputation.
Bulk, API & data
Can I verify a CSV?
Yes — upload a list, we dedupe it (list hygiene), run it, and email you when results are ready. Export includes provider + catch-all per row.
Is there an API?
Yes. Create/rotate API keys in Settings → API Keys. Find + verify in one call; verify-only is available too.
Are there rate limits?
Per-plan. Bulk runs are chunked and queued, so you never hit a wall mid-list.
Where does the data come from?
We derive professional emails from business identity signals (name + company) and public mail-server signals. We process business contact data — see our Privacy Policy.
I’m a person and I want my email removed.
Use the suppression form. We suppress it and never re-probe it (GDPR Art. 17 / CCPA delete).
Do you have a DPA?
Yes — a Data Processing Agreement (with SCCs and sub-processor list) is available to business customers on request. See the DPA page.
Is it legal to use this?
For legitimate B2B outreach with a lawful basis and honoring opt-outs — yes. See our Acceptable Use Policy for what’s prohibited (spam, harassment, B2C mass mail without a basis).

Do you integrate with HubSpot?
Yes — verify and enrich contacts from HubSpot. The API is scriptable in minutes, so you rarely need a middleware layer.
