Availability

For business customers acting as controllers of the lists they upload, Engage offers a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and our current sub-processor list — available on request at dpa@lrm.theplaybutton.dev. It uses standard, counsel-approved clauses.

Roles

For your account data Engage acts as a controller; for the business-contact data you submit for verification, Engage acts as a processor on your instructions (and, where applicable, a limited controller for the legitimate interest of B2B contact verification). Sub-processors

Engage uses vetted sub-processors for hosting, payments, transactional email and analytics. The current list is provided with the DPA and updated as it changes.

Data-subject rights

Engage assists you in responding to data-subject requests. A person whose email was verified can request suppression directly via the suppression form — we suppress and never re-probe.
